The Rules and Regulations of each State are said to be received when a player lands on the START of that State or Territory. There are no Rules and Regulations cards as such in the game as each State and Territory has different legislations and these legislations are regularly changing. However, when a fisho lands on a START, the State Rules box of that State or Territory is to be Ticked on the Score Card by the weighmaster as proof (this represents the fishing licence).

Starlo Fishing Forever Australia is not trying to teach players the Rules and Regulations of each State or Territory as these would need to be constantly updated. It is up to the fishos to document themselves to what they are before going fishing.
